Terms and Conditions

Please read our terms and conditions carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking and Reservations

All reservations at Hotel Crown Himalayas are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any reservation at our discretion.

  • Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or advance payment
  • Confirmation will be sent via email within 24 hours of booking
  • Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed

2. Check-in and Check-out

Standard check-in and check-out times are as follows:

  • Check-in: 2:00 PM (14:00)
  • Check-out: 12:00 PM (12:00)
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
  • Valid photo identification and credit card are required at check-in

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate plan and season:

  • Standard Rate: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival
  • Non-Refundable Rate: No cancellation or modification allowed
  • Peak Season: 7 days advance notice required for free cancellation
  • Cancellations made after the deadline will incur a charge of one night's accommodation
  • No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount

4. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Debit cards
  • Bank transfers (advance payment required)
  • Cash (Nepalese Rupees or major foreign currencies)

All rates are quoted in USD and are subject to applicable taxes and service charges.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to:

  • Respect other guests and maintain appropriate noise levels
  • Take care of hotel property and report any damages immediately
  • Comply with hotel policies and local laws
  • Not engage in illegal activities on hotel premises
  • Be responsible for any damages caused during their stay

6. Liability

Hotel Crown Himalayas shall not be liable for:

  • Loss or damage to guests' personal belongings
  • Injuries sustained on hotel premises due to guest negligence
  • Service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control
  • Third-party services arranged through the hotel

We recommend guests obtain appropriate travel insurance.

7. Children and Extra Beds

  • Children under 6 years stay free when using existing bedding
  • Extra beds are subject to availability and additional charges
  • Maximum occupancy per room must not be exceeded

8. Pets

Pets are not permitted at Hotel Crown Himalayas, with the exception of certified service animals.

9. Modifications to Terms

Hotel Crown Himalayas reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
