We offer free cancellation up to 72 hours before your scheduled arrival. For cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival, one night's room charge will apply. Special packages and peak season reservations may have different cancellation policies which will be stated at time of booking.
Yes, we provide airport transfer services from Pokhara Airport for a nominal fee. Please provide your flight details at least 24 hours in advance. Our representative will meet you at the arrivals area with a Hotel Crown Himalayas sign.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. We're happy to store your luggage if your room isn't ready upon arrival or if you have a late departure. Please inquire at reception.
